Leeds United star Junior Firpo is considering extending his stay at the club, yet he is also aware of where he would like to land if he ultimately departs Elland Road. The Dominican Republic international’s current contract is set to expire at the end of the season, allowing him the opportunity to negotiate a pre-contract agreement with non-English clubs starting January 1.

Firpo joined Leeds United from Barcelona in the summer of 2021 for a fee of £12.9 million (€15 million / $16.8 million), and his deal included a stipulation that Barcelona would receive a 25% cut from any future transfer.
