- Flight No TK174: Departs Istanbul at 15:15, arriving in Kuala Lumpur at 18:20. Operates Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
- Flight No TK174: Departs Kuala Lumpur at 07:40, arriving in Sydney at 18:30. Operates Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.
- Flight No TK175: Departing Sydney at 20:40, arrives in Kuala Lumpur at 01:55 the following day. Operates Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.
- Flight No TK175: Departing Kuala Lumpur at 03:55, arriving in Istanbul at 10:15. Operates Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday.
To celebrate the launch, Turkish Airlines is offering special introductory fares, with tickets starting at AUD 1,489 for Sydney to Istanbul flights and US$999 for the reverse route, valid for travel between December 4, 2024, and May 31, 2025.
