KATHMANDU, September 11, 2024 — The Meteorological Forecasting Division reports that ongoing monsoon conditions are set to bring varying weather across Nepal, with cloudy skies and the potential for rainfall, thunder, and lightning in many regions. Initial forecasts indicated light to moderate precipitation expected to impact provinces including Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim.
